This Ethiopian Sidamo is a medium roast from a single origin. It is Fairtrade organic and 100% arabica giving a strength of 3-4 out of 5. Aroma - A blend of chocolate and cherry flavour. Acidity - bright, lovely and fresh. Finish - smooth and lingering. Great for the cafetière or filter.
