Colombian is a medium roast bean from a single origin and is Fairtrade Organic 100% Arabica bean giving a strength 3/4 out of 5. 
	
AROMA - Deep, rich and creamy. Hints of dark chocolate, liquorice and brown sugar.
	
ACIDITY - Strong, vibrant, zesty-sharp and lively.
	
FINISH - Lingering sweetness, balanced with very mild tart notes. Great as a cafetiere or filter coffee, for those who enjoy real tasty coffee
